What To Bring

 

  • Enough food for the length of stay
  • Sleeping bag
  • Insect Repellent
  • Sun Screen, sunglasses and hat
  • Rain gear and waterproof footwear
  • Warm clothes, including gloves for those cool morning and evenings in June and September
  • Your favorite fishing tackle and gear
  • Refreshments
  • Cooler
  • Camera and Film
  • Plastic bags for fish
  • Please limit weight to 75lbs of gear per person (it is advisable to use cooler and duffle bag)
  • Food
  • Fishing Tackle and Gear
  • Bedding

A guide can also be avaiable on request

Please note that live fish, minnows, or eggs are not allowed as bait in Saskatchewan, so you will need to bring your favourite artificial lures. Spoons, plugs or spinners have all been used successfully. Fresh, frozen minnows are available in both La Ronge and at the float plane camp at Otter Lake, Saskatchewan.
